There is a king size bed upstairs and the couch pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa. There is a small kitchenette with all the basic utensils needed. You will love the custom shower in this bathroom. Welcome to Fourty Winks we live in a quiet neighborhood. This is a 1 bedroom unit with a fold out couch. There is a beautiful park with an awesome playground 1 block away. The mall , best eateries & store are 2 mins. away. You have access to board/card games and toys for little ones. You will be on the lower unit with egress windows so plenty of natural sunlight, your hosts live above. We are Jim&Celeste and are retired, and our goal is to make sure you have anything you need . Cozy Studio House just outside Lava Hot Springs

These are perfect little cottages to stay during your trip to Lava Hot Springs. We are located right outside of town in Lava Mobile Estates Campground. These cottages have 1 full bed. 1 twin bed. It has a half bath with no showers. TV's with Dish, air conditioning and heating. Although they don't have showers in the cottages during summer months, guest have use of our campground bathrooms with showers. We don't provide towels for the shower house so should plan on bringing one to use.

Come find your next adventure and feel at home. Wireless internet and tv! The kitchen does not have an oven or stove.

This is a peaceful place for the whole family. The home is located in the quiet heart of Bancroft and is a short 15-minute drive from the world famous Lava Hot Springs! Amenities include comfortable beds that will sleep up to 7 people, a fully stocked kitchen and open living room. Additionally, we have a fully-fenced back yard with a fun fire pit to roast marshmallows in the summer months as well as a couple hammocks to relax in. Summer's Getaway - Fun Suite

NOTE: The hot-water issue has been fixed! Self-contained unit with private entrance off the side of the house. Sleeps four in 2 comfortable queen beds. Pool table inside. Outdoor grill, firepit, volleyball and badminton on the 1-acre lawn accessed from patio doors. The main house is not rented out, but it is possible to rent both the Fun Suite and the Family Suite (which is above the garage and sleeps 9) together to accommodate more people.

Hospital is 10 minute away for work or visiting trips. ISU is just down the road. Ross Park Zoo, Parks, and Swimming Complex are a walk away. Close to many locally owned Restaurants. Hiking, biking, and fishing are all minutes away such as City Creek and Edson Fichter. Easy drive to the freeway to get to Pebble Creek for skiing or Lava Hot Springs for other water fun. Nostalgic train sounds most guests say is background noise.
