Le Chable/Verbier 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8/10)

A charming and sympathetically renovated alpine chalet in the quiet village of Villette, Le Chable. The chalet is a 5 minutes walk from the gondola which connects with the world famous resort of Verbier. The gondola between Le chable and verbier operates everyday from 05:10-23:55 so you can really access Verbier and it’s night life easily. Guests are required to pay a nightly tourist tax of chf3 on arrival. This will get you a VIP pass which includes the lifts up to Ruinettes for walking passengers. It also gives you a discounted rate for the bike pass and further lifts as well as free access to the Verbier swimming pool, mini golf and many other activities. You can either pay the tourist tax direct at the tourist office when you arrive or send me your details in advance and I can sort the passes ready for your arrival. Le Chable is also where the train connects to Martigny and onto Geneva and Zurich airports. In the summer there are many exciting activities such as mountain biking, hiking, riding and paragliding as well as more sedate activities such as swimming, walking, golf and tennis. It is also a perfect base for taking on the challenging Haute Route. There is also an excellent classical music festival over the summer months which attracts classical musicians and fans from all across the globe. Kiri Te Kanawa was one of the stars of the festival in previous years. The chalet has a large modern kitchen with wonderful views of the mountains. There is a large dining room table which seats 8 comfortably but can be extended twice to seat up to 12 people depending on the size of your group. The spacious sitting room has a wood burning cast iron stove which creates a very cosy atmosphere and has 2 large 3 seater sofas. The chalet has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 are very large and each have a little sitting area. Three bedrooms are ensuite and there is a further family bathroom with washer/dryer. The chalet is baby and child friendly. We provide travel cots, highchairs, potties, non slip bath mats, night lights, bottle steriliser, some toys and it is possible to hire a buggy locally. Please ask me for more information if you are travelling with a young family and I will be more than happy to help. There is off street parking for 2 cars in front of the chalet. Le Chable is a pretty village with a good community spirit. There are several shops, including 2 supermarkets, 2 pharmacies and 2 bakeries, within walking distance of the chalet. There are also several restaurants to suit all budgets, again all within walking distance. As we use the chalet as our home when we do not have Airbnb guests it is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. We also have ample equipment for babies and children, including cots, high chairs, stair gates as well as sterilisers, plastic crockery and even some toys including sledges. Le logement se situe à environ 10 minutes à pied du départ des remontées mécaniques, donnant accès aux domaines Verbier 4 Vallées et Bruson.

Tout est prévu pour un séjour agréable et relax, en toute insouciance. Commerces, restaurants… à 2-3 minutes à pied. À proximité du vignoble valaisan, de divers bains thermaux.

A spacious, quiet and charming 1 bedroom apartment that comfortably sleeps 2 but a third can sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge. We offer net flicks and a dvd collection. Surrounded by nature with fantastic views and only minutes from Verbier and Bruson ski lifts, bakery, Le Chable train station, Supermarket, restaurants and shops. Warm in winter and cool in summer. Storage for bikes and skis in the shared garage. June-October free ski lifts for walkers etc with the VIP PASS.

Old barn renovated in the center of Bruson, which keeps all its authenticity from the outside, but with a modern inside entirely in fir wood. You will be charmed by the calm and serenity of the village and the style of the chalet (architect's house). In winter, a regular shuttle takes you from the village to the ski station of Bruson. La Châble (departure for the slopes of Verbier) is 5 minutes away by car.

Sunny Home Le Chable

Large 3 bedroom apartment in Le Chable. The property in on the 1st floor with a fantastic mountain view. Located six minutes walking distance from Verbier Lift and Train station. It is a private property and there are little personal belongings in the apartment. There is no washing machine in the apartment. Access to washing machine is limited and upon request.
