NEW CLEANING CREW! 2 bedroom home with a pull out sleeper sofa on Lake Oliver. 10-12 min drive to north or downtown columbus with only a 15-18 min drive to Fort Benning. Guest will enjoy the use of the dock located in front of the house. Great for fishing, swimming or docking your jet ski or boat. Newly built home within in walking distance of campus and downtown. It is a short walk to Jordan Hare (.8 miles). And you can be in the heart for downtown area in the same distance. The home is newly purchased and decor is still being added so the walls may seem a little bare. The important stuff like beds, couches, pillows, towels, and kitchen supplies is all there. You’ll love relaxing in the den with its tall two-story ceiling. This area has a flat-screen tv and fireplace. The kitchen is eat-in, and outside is a private, covered patio with a fire pit.
