The Cottonwood Carriage House is located in the Heart of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore voted most beautiful place in America. The Carriage House is within walking distance to the Empire Beach, shopping, and places to eat. Nearby are hiking & biking trails, beaches & rivers, wineries, golfing, shopping, and the beautiful Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes. There is something for everyone. The Carriage house sleeps 4 very comfortably it includes A/C, Flat screen t.v.’s , WiFi & a full breakfast.

This light and bright newer lower level suite is almost 900 square feet with an open floor plan. Rooms include a living/dining/kitchenette area, private bedroom, and bathroom. All very crisp, clean, and modern. A separate parking area will lead you down steps to a private patio adorned with seating for a place to relax and enjoy the rolling hill backyard and woods. The suite is stocked with several amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a welcome bottle of local wine and goodies.

Leelanau County private camper/RV

Very clean Itaska Cambria 30 foot Class C motorhome. RV is located on part of a wonderful, 10 acre home site. Located in the heart of Leelanau County, Sleeping Bear National Lake Shore is 20 minutes to the west and Traverse City is 15 minutes east. A full bathroom and washer/dryer are located in the bonus room located in the adjacent pole barn. There is also a sleeper/sofa in the bonus room. Free firewood is on site. Youtube tv, Netflix and Paramount plus onsite. Free WiFi included.

After turning on the tree-lined drive, guests will find a private living room, bedroom and bathroom, with parking a few feet from the front door of this street level suite. Besides a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster oven, microwave, and small fridge are provided. Your hosts will provide seasonal fruits and a continental breakfast.

Please note that we rent by the week only (generally from Saturday to Saturday) from June 20 through September 3rd.
