A hand-made, bespoke luxury shepherd's hut. Enjoy all the advantages of a remote position: you cannot see another dwelling from the WoolShed which lies off a traffic-free lane. You are not overlooked by a soul. Listen out for woodpeckers, owls, pheasants, deer and other wildlife. Watch the goats & red-tailed kites.

The hut is positioned in a private and secluded orchard, next to the farmyard and offers stunning views of the rural landscape. The Shepherd's Hut is a small living space, with a wood burning stove, a modern shower, bathroom and kitchen area. Beautiful views across the once Sherwood Forest as well as garden views of mature Cedar and Scots pine trees. The farm is a tranquil retreat as well as being close by to nearby towns. You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
