Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Das Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Zirl. Im nahen Umkreis gibt es viele Wander- sowie Skigebiete. Sowohl der Bahnhof als auch die Bushaltestelle sind nur ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Landeshauptstadt Innsbruck ist mit dem Bus und dem Zug in 20 Minuten und mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Einige Lebensmittelgeschäfte (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) sowie verschiedene Restaurants (Pizzeria, Chinesisches Restaurant, usw.) sind ebenfalls in der näheren Umgebung.

Am besten gleich bei der Buchung per Nachricht von jeder Person den vollen Namen, Geburtsdaten, Wohnadresse und Passnummer senden dann kann ich die Gästecard vorbereiten und in der Wohnung hinterlegen.
