The Sea Spray is an Oceanfront fourplex that sits on an 80 ft. cliff overlooking the ocean with a balcony chairs,and BBQ .The Suite offers a King bed in the main room with a kitchen, sofa ,and dining table.It has a bathroom with shower,acessible by both rooms,and a bedroom in the back with a queen bed and ocean view as well.The kitchen has pots,pans,utensils, dishes,mini oven,instapot, toaster,microwave,mini fridge,and a coffee pot.There are two close beach access points.
Our updated 1 bedroom ground level condo sleeps 4, with a queen bed and a common area queen sofa sleeper or queen air mattress. It is located steps from the Siletz Bay, and only 2 blocks to the beach. It is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops, and only 1 block from Mo's famous restaurant. It is also just a few miles from the Outlet stores and Chinook Winds Casino. This condo is very clean and has many amenities. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do!

Each room has its own bathroom. Each room has its own digital door lock. The Beach Room is the smaller of the two. There are times that both rooms will be booked. This house is not sound proof, so you may want to consider ear plugs if you are sensitive. We are on the south side of Lincoln City close to Selitz Bay. We are located east of Highway 101 with two blocks walk to the beach. There is a huge deck facing the ocean.
