There's a remote, "get away from it all" feeling, but we're just 3 miles from the main A470 road, and a short drive from Hay-on-Wye, Brecon, Builth Wells, and the Brecon Beacons. Perfect for a self-catering stay, downstairs is open plan, with spacious kitchen, dining and lounge areas, and a toilet; upstairs has two bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Brook View is a spacious, two bedroom, purpose built holiday home just off the A470 in Builth Wells. The bungalow is minutes away from the town centre on foot with easy access to the Royal Welsh Showground. With tasteful decoration and plentiful amenities the property really does feel like home from home. It's the ideal base for enjoying nearby beauty spots (being roughly half way between the Brecon Beacons National Park & the Elan Valley). A maximum of 2 small dogs would be very welcome.

The Bothy- unique private space near Hay On Wye

The Bothy is a unique small hideaway 5 miles from the famous book town of Hay on Wye and directly on the Wye Valley Walk. It is a former cowshed carefully renovated to make a special cosy and comfortable one bedroom haven .It is situated behind an Edwardian stable block and very private. There is a large wildflower garden for guests with far reaching views from the top of the Welsh Mountains ( also dog friendly!) Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable and romantic escape.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. Our Cabin is situated in the picturesque Wye Valley with breathtaking views of the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons. We offer a unique stay on our small holding where you can relax and rejuvenate while watching our flock of Clun Forest Sheep graze in front of you. We are ideally located for those wishing to attend Hay Festival & Royal Welsh. Also a great escape for walking and cycling enthusiasts with so many opportunities to explore our glorious countryside right on our doorstep.

Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!!

Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.

Our six ensuite, self-contained glamping cabins between Hay on Wye and Builth Wells are located on a friendly, working farm and benefit from their gorgeous setting: after a day spent exploring the surrounding area, you might want to take a stroll on the tranquil lake shore, spot wildflowers and birds in the meadow, or walk down to the riverside for a picture-perfect picnic.
