Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

Self-contained and tucked away, once inside the studio you would never know you're in the heart of Birchgrove, Cardiff, with a great range of facilities and buses just a minute’s walk away. The studio has a shower room and well-equipped kitchenette. With a double bed & sofa bed, the studio can sleep four people, plus a travel cot & high chair. Wifi, Netflix & Amazon TV are provided. The studio has a wood burner, central heating & shared patio.

Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

The Studio is located in the sought after village of Whitchurch, a beautiful area of North Cardiff. Whitchurch is just a 5 minute drive from M4 & 10 minutes into the city centre. The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.
