Cozy Beach Apartment W/ Sea View, Free Parking &AC

Our private house is located in a peaceful condominium only 10 minutes walking to nearby beaches and center of Carvoeiro. It was built by architects with the idea of resembling it to old constructions around the Mediterranean/North of Africa. My family fully renovated the apartment in July 2023 respecting it's architecture and using local materials. Some furniture was handmade by my father using recycled materials from the house, such as the high quality wood for the dinner table or the closet.

Enjoy far-reaching views from this new, spacious apartment set up in the hills above Lagos. Relax on the shaded terrace, lounge in the comfortable living room, and sleep well in a king-sized bed! Conveniently located between Luz and Lagos, the apartment is 3-4 km to the main beaches, city center and markets. This is an ideal place for couples looking for quiet and relaxation, or a home base to explore the area. A car is essential; there is no public transportation to this picturesque location.

You will enjoy a sunny, spacious and cozy duplex, just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, in a central and quiet area of Milfontes. The house has 130 square meters divided by: on the 2nd floor, living room with fireplace, working table and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies (one with bbq and sea view); on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), and 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults, we may add 1 extra bed. The house may not be suitable for children (stairs).

In the apartment's private garage there are free bikes and surfboards for our guests to use during their stay.

New built studio, in nature close to the beach

This one room studio apartment has just been renovated and is located on our small farm where we grow vegetables and fruit trees. The house is made out of rammed earth, placed just a few meters from the gorgeous river of Seixe, surrounded by green hills and fields. The valley is very calm and full of animals such as cows, horses, goats, sheep, donkeys and pigs. In the hot days you can take a cooling dip in the river or visit the amazing beach only 6 km away!
