Our home features 2 double bedrooms with natural linen and bedding, couch & fold-out bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toiletries & towelling. Ballara #8 incorporates a fully restored heritage-listed 'boathouse' and features a pleasing outlook over the river with glimpses of the Port Philip Heads and the Pt Lonsdale Lighthouse. Ideal for families with an outdoor BBQ / dining area and heated plunge pool (both under cover). This house is a wonderful place to stay summer or winter, with gas log fire and airconditioning in the upstairs living area.

Rustic quintessentially Lorne beach house with Art Deco finishes and retro styling. Warm and welcoming with ocean views from the living areas . Ducted heating as well as a fire place and for warm days ducted cooling and a split system in the second living area . Sit and listen to the ocean from any room in the house. Our house is an old family home , on the outskirts of town, across the road to the beach, 15 min flat walk to town, 5 min stroll to the gorgeous swing bridge cafe.
