Absolute Waterfront!

This 1950 fisherman cottage has been nicely renovated to modern standard. A lovely location, right in front of Queen Victoria Boat ramp, Brisbane's famous place for Kayaking, boating, cycling, jogging or just walking. The Tingalpa creek right in front of the house is an approximate 2 hours kayaking inland, and same to return. You can cycle for over half an hour without leaving the waterfront, up to Wynnum. Enjoy a BBQ with the family on the front grass contemplating the beautiful waterfront.

This private apartment like space has just been totally renovated and has a private entry with direct access to the pool and plenty of balcony space overlooking the marinas of Manly.
