A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

Upton is a small village, two miles from Southwell, with country walks and a local pub serving freshly prepared food.

We are within walking distance of all local ammenities including pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, takeaways, chemists, hsirdressers, barbers, & more also close to bus stops with frequent service.

Enjoy the lovely quiet setting of this romantic spot in kneeton Storys yard , Kneeton is situated between Bingham and Newark. This is a peaceful and relaxing studio, perfect for relaxing or a romantic break with long walks in the countryside with your fury friend. There is a fast Car charger available outside. Just 20 minutes to Newark where you can get a direct train to London or enjoy a relaxing break. There is also air conditioning

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
