This is about 1/4 of a 3700 square-foot house that is set up as a ground floor private apartment with its own exclusive entrance. There is no shared entrance or area or anything like that. It has a full bathroom, an adjustable queen bed, a spacious living room with dining table and wet bar station. You are literally less than 200 footsteps to the sand and almost immediately adjacent to the beach trail. The place is basic a little weathered in some places, but it is comfortable and affordable

They are both friendly and love to meet our guests, when and if you would like to meet them as well.
