Eté comme hiver, vous aurez rapidement accès aux loisirs et plaisirs du lac Léman ou de la montagnes : 10mn Evian(lac),10 mn stations ski.

The apartment is located on the second (top) floor of a chalet. There are no direct neighbors to either the front or the backside, so there is an unobstructed view and privacy. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a baby. Shops (fromagerie, small supermarket) are on walking distance.
