About 16 minutes by car to Luleå C. bus connections are available but are limited and a car is preferred. Bo i ett rymligt hus beläget på gångavstånd (ca 2,5km) från Luleå centrum. Villan är nyligt renoverad med nytt rymligt kök och badrum på entréplan samt nybyggd bastu, tvättstuga och gillestuga på källarplan. Trevlig uteplats och grönyta i söderläge där man sommartid kan umgås, grilla, spela spel och plocka äpplen i det stora äppelträdet. Parkering med motorvärmare. Välkomna!

Mysigt gästboende i fristående garagebyggnad. 500 m till busshållplats som tar dig till centrala Luleå på 20 min. 1,3 km att promenera till Sunderby sjukhus och Sunderby järnvägsstation. Bastutunna finns på gården som vid vissa tillfällen kan nyttjas. Nyttjande av bastun sker mot en extra avgift. Närmaste mataffär finns i Gammelstad, cirka 5 km bort. Bussförbindelser finns.
