This rustic, solar cabin has it's own private hiking trail(100m, steep hill) and private parking area. The trail winds it's way up to your private view overlooking Golden Lake. You will feel tucked away in this cozy spot surrounded by mixed oak forest, sitting atop Canadian Shield rock formations. The recent renovations include a tastefully decorated space with the feel of a cozy Canadian cabin.. The beds are excellent. You can enjoy the view and ambience sitting in the screened in porch overlooking a spectacular view or sit lakeside on the patio. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and bed and bath linens . Satellite tv as well.

Quaint and cozy 1 bedroom cottage tucked along the southeastern shore of a small, quiet lake. Recently renovated, the cottage is the perfect romantic getaway. It's located 1 km from snowmobile/ATV trails, 15 minutes from Bancroft and 45 minutes from Algonquin Park. Our guest house is a cozy log cabin with three floors. It is the original homesteader cabin to our property, revived and restored with care.
