Our comfortable holiday villa is situated in the country side, close to a farm, where you will enjoy your holidays in a very calm and quiet zone. House is between Pollença and Alcudia, two of the most beautiful towns in Mallorca. Just a fw minutes from the beaches of pto Pollença, Alcudia, Manresa, Playa de muro. Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
