My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

There is everything you need, including a cold shower, toilet, sofa bed and even a small refrigerator. Enjoy the silence of nature in solitude under the forest and watch the stars ✨ in the sky, drinking wine 🍷or get up for the sunrise.🌄 You can get here by car on a dirt road. If you don't dare to go all the way up by car, you can park below and walk up 300m.

Lovely EMU house with sauna 15 km from Bratislava

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery

Domek na drzewie

Domček je upevnený na pňoch štyroch dospelých dubov. Do domčeka sa dostanete po drevenej lávke s terasou. Je napojený na elektrickú sieť. Vnútorný priestor pozostáva z miesta na sedenie, umývadla a jednoduchého kuchynského zariadenia. Suchá toaleta je 15m od domčeku. V podkroví sa je matrac pre dve osoby. Ideálna kapacita sú dve osoby, ale v prípade záujmu je možné priestor rozšíriť, vďaka rozkladaciemu gauču. Pri domčeku je možnosť grilovania. Parkovanie je v uzavretom priestore na pozemku.

Here it has the local facilities that you need; shops, restaurants, park, wellness as well as a local biofarm which is a great place to take the kids! You can also explore the capital city, Bratislava, which is a 25 minute drive away. We are also an hours drive from Vienna, two hours from Budapest and an hour from the Czech border, so plenty in the area to explore! Wooden house in the nature

Our wooden house was made by my grandfather 50 years ago. It consists from living room with fire place, folding sofa bed for 2 persons, small kitchen, bathroom and on the first floor there is one bedroom with a king bed and 3 single beds. During your stay in our wooden hut you could see squirrels, forest birds, stag beetle, salamanders, hedgehogs, and different animals... deers come for visit sometimes. It is located in recreational area of Harmónia near Modra.
