"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. Tastefully decorated, fully insulated and centrally heated, The Lodge is perfect for peace and tranquillity whilst maintaining every creature comfort. It is located off a country lane so is very peaceful & surrounded by countryside for many different walks & the renowned Piltdown Golf Club is only a stone's throw away. The view from the lodge overlooks the farm and surrounding fields, providing a perfect backdrop to savour your morning coffee on your private patio.

Gunbanks Forge TN225HS is in the heart of the Sussex countryside amongst the grounds of Gunbanks Farm. It is a peaceful retreat to escape the stress of daily living. Tucked away down a private drive with easy parking. There is an outside space to sit and relax. The barn is spacious and sociable. There is a working forge just by the barn. Occasionally there will be farriers making shoes and wrought iron pieces. You will see evidence of this around the garden with beautiful balls.

Sheffield Park lodge is a special place to stay & has a style all its own. Formerly a game keepers lodge for the house on the Sheffield Park Estate (now a National Trust Garden), the lodge has been lovingly restored. Sitting in 14 acres of meadow and woodland, the lodge shares the driveway to our home while providing privacy. You will be perfectly located to explore the beauty, the heritage and excitement that East Sussex has to offer.

We are offering a beautifully converted barn, in a secluded spot about 150m from our house, at the bottom of the garden. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We are happy to welcome a well-behaved dog. We are in the Wealden Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the edge of the Ashdown Forest - Winnie the Pooh territory - and within easy travelling distance of Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne, Glyndebourne, Lewes, Brighton and London.
