This cosy and relaxing studio is directly opposite Sutton’s Beach, perfect for a brief coastal getaway. The studio is on the ground floor of the 1960’s beach house and has had a make over to suit anyone’s coastal brief. The studio has a separate entrance although does share access to the property with the guesthouse at the rear of the property. On street parking is the only option for parking - however it is free. There is a sun lounge to and an alfresco dining area. Strictly Non smoking
