We provide a small selection of breakfast commodities in fridge/ larder. Pet Friendly, Bonsai Cottage is also perfect for elderly or partially disabled. Bedroom with king size bed, bathroom, media room, living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen. Late check out often available on request.

This private self-contained apartment is situated in a renovated Queenslander, within easy walking distance to the beach, the river, restaurants and cafes, shops and movies. With its own private courtyard, my place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers alike. Safe on- street parking. Unfortunately the property not suited for children.

Our property is a short walk to the beach, down a quiet leafy street. The cottage is nestled in shady surrounds in our backyard. From a private side entrance the stepping stones lead you into an airy and welcoming self-contained cottage. On street parking is safe and directly outside the property. The cottage offers privacy and an opportunity to get-away-from-it-all and relax in your own space. There are various norestaurants within easy walking distance that offer an array of cuisines.

Enjoy the sweeping views of the valley overlooking Sarah's hobby farm on the large deck and entertaining area inc. BBQ facilities. Roast marshmallows over your own personal fire-pit at night. We live on a sloping block and there are steep stairs to get down our driveway and into the guest suite. Our beautiful home is located in Coolum Beach and is only 2km from the main street/beach which is a 20 minute walk or 2 minute drive from cafes, beach, banks and restaurants. We have a 1-bedroom self contained apartment with kitchen, separate lounge & dining area, a bathroom with separate toilet, a backyard with complete separate access and complete privacy

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane. The restored mansion was Queensland’s 1942 “House of the Year” and is just a 25 minute drive from beaches. Original tennis court is refurbished.
