This is a pretty little light & sunny, self contained unit. Ideal for couples but we could add a portacot. 2 mins walk to the lake for swimming, 20 minutes easy walk to town. Basic accommodation, with tiny bathroom - shower toilet & little basin. Kitchen suitable for coffee toast etc with a microwave. SMART TV for Netflix. Gorgeous view of marina. Located in a quiet cul de sac, just a short walking distance to the lake. A two story home with a large open area upstairs offering a sofa, one queen and one double bed. Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms, with queen beds and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A modern kitchen, dinning and lounge with ranch sliders onto the deck. A separate shower, toilet, hand basin/vanity and laundry. Lovely decks, outdoor furniture, BBQ and large pizza oven/outdoor fireplace. Fenced x 3 sides.

This apartment block was built in 1976, so does look old and tired on the outside.

This unit is in the lower part of our home, which is a 2-storey building. Your access, courtyard and living areas are all completely separate from ours, with off street parking. Your privacy during your stay is our utmost consideration and therefore we take all steps necessary to leave you to relax.
