Comfortable, sunny and stylish place to enjoy your stay! The house is on the 1st floor and provides all the amenities that you might need. The view of the mountain on the right side, the sea on the left side and the public park/parking in front, make up an ideal landscape. Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. Le studio de 30m2 est équipé d'une grande cuisine aménagée , d'une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, la climatisation , un ventilateur au plafond, la télévision , le wifi et des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres ainsi qu'à la porte d' entrée. le lit est de 1.80 x 2.00 m pour un couple et peut devenir deux lits de 0.90 x 2.00 m si vous voulez dormir séparément. Ce logement ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de 12 ans. ATTENTION. il faut une voiture ou un autre moyen de locomotion

The house is located in Asfendiou, a picturesque and quiet village near Zia. It was built in 1923 and has been renovated in a way to combine both traditional and modern style. The terrace overlooks the Aegean Sea and gives a great sunset view. Around 25 min. away from Kos town and 20 min. away from the airport. You can reach the beach only by car in 10-15 min. In any case, renting a vehicle of your choice is highly recommended to make the best of your stay in Kos.

"Villa Athena" consists of 5 separate one-bedroom apartments on garden level (ground floor) and is situated in a prime location facing the beautiful sandy beach of Tigaki. Each apartment has one main bedroom and then the seating area with kitchenette has 2 other beds.(There is air conditioning in each apartment- it's optional & if one decides to need to use it then there's a small extra charge per day). Each apartment has its own private bathroom with shower.
