Our Private Guest House has 2 queen bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The living room includes DISH TV, and both bedrooms have Smart TVs. Guests enjoy convenient parking, a private entrance, and a front porch. There is space to park a large trailer or RV. Downstairs features a living room, full kitchen, and second bathroom. Laundry is available for guest use. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside. Outdoor smoking only. Violations will result in a $300 deep-cleaning fee.

Kitchen stocked with cookware and utensils. Bathroom stocked with detergent and towels. Queen size bed with generous pillows. Ironing board and iron located in closet. TV's in living room and bedroom. There are outside chairs with table on front porch and also a Weber charcoal grill outside for grilling.
