Apartmán se nachází v letovisku Ičići, 800 metrů od pláže a 12 km dlouhé pobřežní promenády. Je plně vybaven a skládá se z obývacího pokoje s kuchyní a jídelnou, 3 ložnic, 2 koupelen (sprcha, WC) a další samostatného WC. Apartmán je ideální pro 6 osob, další 2 osoby se vyspí na rozkládací pohovce. Každá z ložnic má balkon, z obývacího pokoje lze vyjít na velkou terasu se stolem, posezením a výhledem na moře. V zahradě mají hosté k dispozici plynový gril, vířivku, stůl na stolní tenis, šipky atd.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
