Our posada is situated on 25 acres of oak-studded California foothills 12 mi. west of Mariposa & 46 miles west of Yosemite Valley (1.5 hr. drive). Private entrance with en suite bath can accommodate three adults or two adults and two children. Breakfast included. LGBTQ-friendly. This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). Our home is located in central San Joaquin Valley, amongst the farming industry. Out in the country away from the traffic and noise of town but still close enough to Highway 99 for easy access. A prime location for a home base for taking in all CA has to offer. Yosemite, Monterey, and San Fran are all just a 2 hour drive from our home.
