Please be vigilant of little animals in the road! Bushbabies live in the house and have right of way ☝🏼 Even with all their little poopies!

Beautifully decorated with lots of outside entertaining space and a small welcoming splash pool. This property can be rented in conjunction with Palgolin's Rest which is right next door, giving 5 bedrooms in total for up to 10 guests. The property is located within the secure Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate where animals roam freely.

Kingfisher Cottage

Kingfisher Cottage is an ideal escape from city life. Located in the Hoedspruit Wildlife Estate, it has the attraction of being close to the restaurants and shops of Hoedspruit whilst providing access to the Greater Kruger & the Blyde River Canyon. The setting next to the river and surrounded by nature offers a wholesome, relaxing experience. It is any birder and bird photographers dream location with four different biomes within easy reach. Fig Tree Cottage

Kick back and relax at our unique little bushveld spot. Sit around the fire at night listening to the hippo and nightjars calling with a crystal clear canopy of stars above. You’ll be woken by franklin and purple crested louries coming to feed at first light, followed by a cacophony of Lowveld birds including resident fish eagles. Walk down to the river, and enjoy sundowners and snacks on the rocks with spectacular sunset views to the Drakensburg mountains in the distance.

Penzhorn Rest Cottage

This modern two-sleeper cottage is nestled in the heart of the bush along the Olifants River just 25km outside Hoedspruit. This "Peace" of Africa brings tranquillity with the soothing river and daily presence of various buck, birds and occasional sightings of hippo's and crocodile. Enjoy the custom-built "Bos Bad" to cool down or heat up (with a coal stove) overlooking a stunning river view, uninterrupted bush, beautiful sunsets, a starlit sky and the Milky Way at night.
