Walking Distance to several local antique shops, bakeries, restaurants, and drinking establishments. The best of everything right outside. Mineola is centered in Lake Country, where you're a short drive to multiple lakes, including Lake Fork and only 35 minutes from the famous Canton Tx 1st Monday.

Centrally located in Lindale, yet back off a quiet street with a peaceful, fenced backyard with driveway parking. Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome! (Prior approval needed for more). It’s a quick walk to "The Cannery" which hosts Miranda Lambert's Pink Pistol and Red 55 Winery as well as Texas Music City Grill. Beautiful Darden Park and nearby dog park are also walking distance. It's also just a short drive to the quaint town of Mineola, the Texas Rose Horse Park and Canton First Mondays.

Enjoy a short drive to the Mineola Nature Preserve with paved walking trails, playground and covered pavilion. We are close to several beautiful lakes, historic downtown Mineola and Lindale (home of Miranda Lambert) or just stay home and enjoy front porch sitting to appreciate the stars and trees. We are about a 40 minute drive to Canton (home of the First Monday Trade Days) and about 6 miles from the Amtrak station in Mineola. You’ll love my place because of the cozy, farmhouse atmosphere and country living. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Not suitable for kids or children, and I do not allow pets or animals of any kind on the property.
