Our Studio on the 7th Floor is new (2022) with a kitchenette. The studio has a view of South China Sea and on most days you can see the oil platform. There is a gym and a sheltered infinity swimming pool on the top floor. The condo is suitable for those who are looking for a short-term stay in Miri for projects. We change the bedsheets weekly. You shall be able to cook a simple meals in the kitchenette with the utensils and rice cooker provided.
