1920's cottage. Relax & enjoy amazing mtn. views, 200 acres of trails, woods, pastures, farm, & fields. HURRICANE HELENE: TRAILS ARE NOT COMPLETELY ACCESSIBLE NOW DUE TO HELENE. Our trails & woods have been ravaged with 100's of trees down. Many trails are still not cleared. Our 1.5 mile upper ridge trail loop and one river trail are now open. Pastures and fields are mostly cleared and all areas around the cottage are completely cleared with amazing long range views of fields and mountains.

If you are an avid fisherman , Skier, or just want total relaxation. The month of December it will be fully decked out for CHRISTMAS. The hot tub with the view of the river & the firepit with wood furnished is a great way to spend the day outdoors… Enjoy hiking, fishing, tubing , and watching the wildlife that frequents the property.
