Its name stems from the iconic hotel that sat on the corner of Lumina Ave and Stone street in the early 1900’s. Our house is an original old school beach house built in 1962 by Bryan's grandparents. We love the blue formica countertops and the warm wooden paneling through the house. Hardwood floors, wood paneling and lots of natural light makes the house glow. It's mid-century all the way but bathrooms and kitchen are updated. A porch view that's perfect for watching the boats go by. It's on a quiet and residential street at the end of the island. Beach is 2 blocks east.

Private Tiny Home in the Woods!

This is a small cabin at the back of our property that has good privacy from the main house. It's a cozy space, but with a King size bed and a loft it easily accommodates 3 people! Very close to the beach. Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats), please add as a "pet" to your reservation. The fee is $30 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone. We have one available if required.
