It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

We offer a double bed, small kitchenette with pots & pans, gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, compost toilet, shower & wood for the log burner in colder months. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. A Quinta das Sesmarias situa-se na periferia urbana da Vila de Alcains, sendo uma propriedade com 3,5ha que mantém as características rurais do início do século XX. A primeira construção data de 1928 e foi recuperada em 2002 sob a forma de uma moradia. O descanso e o bem-estar dos visitantes são assegurados por um ambiente tranquilo em contacto com a natureza.
