The large living room window lets you view a charming patio surrounded by flowers along with a beautiful Italian water fountain. A large kitchen window lets you enjoy the morning sun shining over the vineyard.

Complete office with 2 desks, white board and TV. Work out space w/ free weights, bench & cycle machine. The master bedroom has a king bed w/ 55’ TV the 2nd bed has a queen bed.
