Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

The house is 2.5 blocks away from #5 train, Bx12, Bx8 bus; walking distance to restaurants, Pharmacies and Jacobi Hospital. Water, Heat, AC, Internet, and Electricity will be provided. This room also has its own bathroom, a mini refrigerator, and a 43 '' Samsung TV. Other areas including living room, dining room and kitchen will be shared.

This is my home where I live. I'll be present during your stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Jacobi Medical Center, Calvary Hospital, the Jack D. Weiler Hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Montefiore Medical Center (Hutchinson Campus). If you are flying, the three major airports are , in order of distance, La Guardia Airport, 10.1 miles away, JFK Airport, 16.5 miles away, and Newark Airport 26.7 miles away.

Our one and only listing is a private house right in the middle of the Bronx and close to all major attractions such as the the Bronx Zoo, the Bronx Botanical Garden, Fordham Shopping District, and Yankee Stadium to name a few. We are located in a diverse neighborhood with people from all walks of life. Whereas the summer months bring out the cultural aspect to the neighborhood, fall and winter exposes the tranquil bitter chill of the community.

Stylish Guest Suite in The Heart of NYC

Experience luxury in the upscale Riverdale neighborhood in our spacious, sunlit guest suite. It features a beautifully designed private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The queen-sized bed and dedicated workspace create an ideal setting for relaxing and unwinding in your perfect city retreat. The house is a charming Dutch Colonial home; the suite is on the second floor with a private entrance via a walk-up staircase.

This is a sweet warm room with twin bed, chest of drawers, desk and hanging closet with shelves. I have a 2nd larger "Yellow" room with two twin beds in it, listed separately, and also a very small "The Red" room with a slightly narrower bed and a curtain across the doorway. This is my own personal bedroom, that in emergency or difficulty can be vacated. The bathroom is shared. There is no TV in the room.
