Enjoy dining and relaxing on the spacious deck with commanding water views, and for the little ones, swinging and sliding on the swing set. Above the garage is a recreation room with a ping pong table as well as a smashing children's playroom filled with toys, board games, puzzles, and books. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond, gym and tennis court.

The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, relatively fast internet and a 55" TV (no cable)

Escape to a peaceful, lakeside retreat with a secluded sun-lit deck and private dock with incredible views of Sunrise Lake, plus a 4-person hot tub, and seasonal amenities like a pedal boat, two kayaks, a SUP board, gas fire table, central A/C, a pellet stove, and snowshoes. Enjoy nearby activities like hiking, leaf peeping, skiing, and visiting scenic towns, local vineyards and breweries — or simply relaxing in a beautiful lakefront setting. This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

**WINTER SPECIAL** Stay Friday and Saturday and Sunday night is free on non-holiday weekends. Often described as Wolfeboro's favorite house, this historic Victorian sits right downtown Wolfeboro and on the water looking across to the town docks, Brewster Academy and Wolfeboro Bay. This two-story unit, occupying the second and third floors, has a beautiful porch overlooking the bay and is located by the famous Yum Yum Shop.

Rustic charm with all the modern amenities including full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, fire pit, fireplaces inside and outside, wrap around deck, etc. Spend time exploring nature right out the front door with 2 ponds and Squam Lake within walking distance. Cozy private get away. A little bigger than a tiny house, apart from the main farm house and barns on a beautiful hill top setting. Sit and relax , take a walk through the fields or if your feeling a little more adventurous explore the beaver pond or hike out to picnic rock. This is country living in NH. *Please note that we are 8/10ths of a mile out on a dirt road.
