We’re a 200m stroll from Maroochy River, a few minutes by car from Mudjimba beach, & Mooloolaba & its restaurants are 16kms. Maroochy airport is 5 mins drive, and Aust Zoo is 25mins away.

Relax just metres from the beach in a bespoke, architectural house designed for relaxation, comfort and fun. Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

When we say beachfront, we mean right-on-the-dunes, waves-lulling-you-to-sleep, next-stop-sand, absolute beachfront. Check the surf from your own deck, then step out the gate and have your feet in the sand seconds later with a direct path onto the beach. When it's time to relax, there's a pool and plenty of comfy places to kick back with a drink. And of course, a fully equipped kitchen and living areas, fun beach vibes and plenty of room for everyone, all just 5 min to Coolum.

House has polished concrete floors, 2 living areas and an outdoor hot shower to wash off the saltwater. Inviting house with a large swimming pool. Air conditioning in loungeroom and master bedroom.. All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans. The home is in a quiet suburb so please be respectful of keeping noise down after 10pm. I live downstairs so please be aware this is not a house for partying.
