Benvenuti! "Lake View" is a beautiful and spacious modern one bedroom self-contained guesthouse that I have always dreamt of creating since I first found this wonderful location. My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

Located 10 km from Warrnambool and the Great Ocean Road. Cottage is on a rural farm property in Wangoom. Beautiful setting, rolling grassy hills, sheep and cows, also bird attracting native trees, occasionally visited by wallabies and koalas. Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Hopkins river, good for swimming in hot weather. Also a 5 minute drive to the Hopkins Falls. House is designed with sustainability in mind, thermal mass concrete floor, north facing aspect, well insulated, wood heating.

The Little Shack is a modern bungalow with a spacious double gated yard area, less than 1km from the beach. It is situated behind the main residence, 5 blocks from the main street of Warrnambool and a short drive to the river mouth and beaches. Around the corner are the Fletcher Jones gardens, a fish + chip shop, a laundromat and a cafe ~Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval. The bed mattress is a Melbourne made firm queen sized, and parking is on the street.
