Nestled in beautiful native trees, our self-contained, freshly renovated downstairs studio is private with a separate entrance, large deck, undercover parking, kitchen (cooking facilities, fridge etc.) & bathroom. A short walk to the charming Titirangi village, with its cafes, art gallery & shops. We love sharing our home with guests & we have travelled extensively around N.Z & the world. Compact, purpose-built self-contained studio in Woodlands Park Titirangi, with a deck overlooking our lovely tranquil garden. There is a king-sized bed that can be separated into twin beds. We are located perfectly for access to Auckland’s West Coast beaches and the Waitakere Regional Park with its spectacular hills and forests and delightful Titirangi Village. Central Auckland is only 25 mins drive away. The Punga studio is small, but with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Very handy to Mt Eden, and Dominion Road restaurants, cafes. Buses to downtown are on Dominion and Mt Eden Road. (Approximately 800 meters). Close to some wonderful walks: One Tree Hill, Three Kings Mountain, and Mt Eden reserves. A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) Visits: The Zoo, Motat, The Museum, or the Art Gallery downtown.

This studio loft, with fantastic views over the Kowhai Reserve wetland, has plenty of space and everything you need as a base from which to explore the West Coast beaches, the native forest, the local Titirangi village culture or hop on a train to the CBD. We are about 5 minutes drive from, both the Glen Eden train station and Titirangi village. This location is ideal for leisure or business travellers, with a separate and secure entrance, a small outside deck and plenty of privacy.
