This is a cozy, ground level studio flat, in a newer building. The front patio is unique to the Studio guests. Parking in front of the unit, or behind the building. This unit is ADA compatible. The kitchenette is modest, with a hot plate, microwave and a toaster oven. Coffee and tea. Vaulted ceilings give the appearance of space, and the bathroom is very large. Heat/AC and sunny afternoons. A balcony with bench seating and a granite table. We allow one small dog, under 40 lbs. 40.00 fee. Modern, clean, cozy. PLEASE!! NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY!
