There is a traditional pub serving real ales, local ciders and great home cooked food and the superb Pitney Farm shop offering organic meat and veg from the mixed farm & market garden. The area offers lovely walks directly from our garden up into the hills at High Ham or down on to The Levels and the river Carey.

Completely self contained, it is the ideal base for exploring the region. The ancient town of Langport is under 2 miles away and Glastonbury, Wells and Taunton within easy reach.
