Diese einzigartige Unterkunft hat einen ganz besonderen Stil. Jugendstilvilla Baujahr 1912 mit grosser Terasse 20m2 und Garten befindet sich im Hochparterre eine grosse WG 80m2 mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wir tragen Sorge zur Ambiente. Nahe dem Zentrum und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Kirche in der Nähe , im Innern hört man allerdings nichts davon, ab 00:00 läutet sie nicht mehr. Built in 1835 by our ancestors, families have been taken care of and preserved the farm for now almost two centuries, handing it over to the following generations. The farm is close to the cities of Berne and Fribourg (20km) as well as several tourist attractions and the mountains.

Our house is located in the centre of Kallnach, a well-kept village in the region of the Three Lakes. The bright and friendly flat for exclusive use is on the top floor. The flat has a large living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony. There are three restaurants and a small supermarket (7/7) in the village. The train station is 650m from the house.

Studio - Room with a included bathroom (shower & toilet), a little kitchen, telly and WiFi. Cosy terrace which is shared by all residents. The property is located in a rural environment, 5 minutes away from the motorway A6, 10 minutes from the Thun centre and 25 minutes away from Bern. The location is a good starting point to visit the Bernese Alps or the Emmental.
