Bring Your Own Float Devices and enjoy floating down to Todd Landing public access point, which is about an hour long adventure. Relax on the deck while enjoying the local wildlife! This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Picture this..You laying on the loungers, glass of chilled wine, a page turner of a book watching the occasional kayaker through the bottom of your sunglasses. Perfect right? By evening you have access to sunsets, a fire pit and Marshmallow skewers for the perfect s’more. Inside you’ll find your favorite movie playing on surround sound and plenty of board games and puzzles for a quieter night. I have a hot tub that overlooks the river and bluff views. It is professionally maintained.

Whether you’re traveling down I-40 or Hwy. 69, moving a college student to Connors State College, or just visiting family in the area, this cozy little one bedroom house is the perfect place to stop and relax. There is plenty of room to sleep up to four people. There is a queen bed, a twin fold-out bed and a large comfortable sofa (not a sleeper sofa). Guests can enjoy free WiFi & High Speed Internet. There are two separate TVs so there’s no fighting over who gets to watch what.
