Tastefully designed attached guest suite in the Vista neighborhood has its own private entrance on the bottom floor of our custom mid-century home. Guest will enjoy a large studio with two queen beds, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.

Our studio is only a few blocks from the heart of Petaluma. The Theatre District, Petaluma Market, and a myriad of local restaurants are all a 10 to 15 minute walk from your doorstep. We have two kids of our own (3 and 4) and we've set up the space to be comfortable for families traveling. There is ample space for everyone to spread out with a queen bed, 2 full size futons, and a crib included in the space.

The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)
