This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

It features a private entrance, queen bed, Smart TV, A/C, walk-in wardrobe, deck area and own car park in front of the unit. The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & more. We also provide complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks. Guests have use of our shared pool. Ideal for work or relaxation, it’s the perfect Gold Coast retreat.

The Rustic Greenhouse: breakfast and wood provided

A rustic studio attached to the family home, with its own entrance. Refresh with a complimentary cheese board. Enjoy the plant filled space where you can enjoy a breakfast of fresh bread, eggs, cereal, milk, butter, jam, honey & coffee. At night light the fireplace with the wood provided. Take the picnic basket and rug provided, & explore the Mountain. We are located on the Main Road leading into Gallery Walk. If you are sensitive to road noise we might not be the perfect place for you.
