It is a 1/2 mi from the Coffey County Courthouse, the Outdoor Aquatic Center, and town center; 1 blk from disc golf/exercise mini course; and 13 mi from the Wolfcreek power plant. This house is less than three miles away from Pomona Lake and is part of a 180 ac. ranch. This spacious home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms that offer room for a large family or families, a large fishing, hunting party or work crew. The house is located in prime deer and waterfowl hunting area. Off a dirt road, the property is peaceful and has room for boats or several vehicles. Pomona Lake offers great fishing and boating and a wonderful beach to sit relax and soak up the sun.

The cabin comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms featuring queen sized beds, the bedrooms are accessed by stairs and are connected by an open walk way featuring the exposed beams. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for a meal, and there is a laundry area for use. Watch the native wildlife in the wooded area surrounding the cabin just 3 miles north of Iola, KS.

Koch Guesthouse

This spacious cabin sits on a small farm in Osage City, Kansas. It has all the amenities for a comfortable stay: loft bedroom with a queen bed, queen size bed on ground floor and a twin bed on ground floor. The cabin also has an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, wood-burning stove, surround-sound stereo and a TV (Netflix and YouTube available). You’ll have the entire place to yourselves. Be mindful that we often have cattle in the surrounding pasture.

Only one mile south from historic Yates Center Square, within 30 minutes of three state parks and two city lakes. This house is perfect for being close to town but experiencing the country life. The house is located down a dead-end. With this house being located on top of a hill, you can appreciate the Kansas sunsets and overlooking South Owl Creek from the deck. There is a carport available. Pets are welcome with a $25 pet fee.
