The guesthouse is attached via a breezeway to the main house. There is a covered pavilion where you can grill and eat. We have a pool that is open May-September. We have 2.5 acres mostly fenced. There is a concrete walking trail in the back yard about a 1/4 mile loop. The home is pet friendly with NO additional charge, just notify me when you book the house. We allow up to 2 pets. We ask that you keep them on a leash in the pool/courtyard area. They can run in the backyard and potty back there.

Stirling, a spacious 5-bedroom farmhouse (sleeps 16,) on 60 beautiful, Ozark acres, offers opportunities to explore, play in the creek, or just sit on the deck and relax! As of, August, 2025, Thirties & the Milk House are Cottages on our property which are both currently rented full-time, but that can change, so feel free to ask!

Everyone will enjoy easy access from this centrally located home. Things to do include Neosho Historic Square, parks & biking trails, bowling, movies, Neosho National Fish Hatchery & Crowder College. Nearby is Route 66, Precious Moments, casinos, airports, Crystal Bridges, University of Arkansas, and minor league baseball. We are within 35 miles of Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas & Oklahoma. It's close to the hospitals, the I-44 exit, and restaurants. It is small - probably ideal for no more than two people - but incredibly cozy and the decorations are well-appointed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
