We are within a 50min drive of Hobbiton, Glow worm caves, Kiwi House, Bush walks and Raglan and more. The LDS Temple is an 8 min Drive. WIFI, Netflix, Disney plus and air conditioning are available. We also provide basics for breakfast. The additional Queen size couch/bed is only available to groups of 3 or4.

Hart Farm B&B - No Cleaning Fee

Beautiful and spacious guest suite with separate bathroom and private entrance. The main room has a king-size bed and a comfortable lounge area with a TV, coffee/tea/breakfast-making facilities and a dining area. The second room has two single beds. The bathroom is large and modern. There is a small covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans. Continental breakfast is complimentary for stays of two nights or more.

A great place for couples or families to escape from the hustle and bustle. Tucked away down the end of a driveway this private two bedroom unit can accommodate two couples(1 king, 1 queen) or a family of four (1 queen, 2 singles). Fabulous, fresh, well equipped space situated just off the Te Awa River trail, a 3 minute drive to the amazing Hakarimata Ranges. 20 mins to central Hamilton, 40 mins to Raglan - a great central location to many wonderful Waikato spots. It is also more suitable for those with their own car, unless they would like to use the bus.

The Apartment is self contained with separate entry and carport and plenty of parking for visitors. Apartment is cleaned to recommended COVID19 standards. Key will be left inside and the apartment unlocked. Please note our listing is not suitable for pets.
