Welcome to our new construction tiny home on the Kenai Peninsula! Our property is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, has brand new furnishings, a fully outfitted kitchen & plenty of space to park. The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! Please note: we don't have wifi & we have a very strict NON SMOKING policy.

Escape to our cozy retreat! The main floor boasts a plush queen bedroom, while the expansive "Nest" upstairs offers a queen and three single Nova Form mattresses. Space saver stairs lead to a cozy loft above the kitchen with a twin bed and an upper loft with a private queen. The cabin has large windows, heated tile floors downstairs with Lifetime floors in upper bedrooms. There are black-out blinds for privacy and sleeping. Kitchen has all the essentials. Bathroom has shower/bath combo with washer/dryer for your use. Cabin is within 5 min. to beach & Kasilof River access for great salmon fishing and 25 minutes to Kenai River for world class salmon fishing.

One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
