Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Great Coombe sleeps 9 & enjoys glorious views over the surrounding Dorset countryside. Sit on the patio/balcony & watch the wildlife without leaving the cottage. It has a large sitting/dining room, fibre wi-fi, a downstairs bedroom & ensuite wet room (+ pull out bed/cot for 9th guest, available on request). Upstairs are 2 double & a twin bedroom. The shared Games room is next door to the cottage plus lake, wildlife, walks & close to beach & Jurassic coast. Dogs welcome (£30 payable on arrival)

Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And we have a Labrador dog.
